New York Office – Energy/Project Finance Junior Associate

Winston’s Renewable Energy Project Finance group is looking for junior associates to join its market-leading practice. Such associates will have to opportunity to work on renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power and storage, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances.

General corporate experience is all that is necessary. Junior associates will be responsible for drafting exhibits and financial/corporate documents. They will be exposed to project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of the projects. The Renewable Energy Project Finance group represents lenders in renewable energy financings (solar, wind, and battery storage) across the United States. Clients include nearly all the high-profile players in this growing and exciting space. The team has advised on recently recognized transactions as “deals of the year” across multiple categories by industry organizations such as IJGlobal and Proximo.

Additionally, the practice and several practitioners are routinely recognized market leaders by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, Power Finance & Risk, and U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Law Firms.” Candidates should be admitted to the New York Bar.
