Listing Terms:Â Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to maintain their listings. Notifying LegalRecruiter of any changes in details, such as contact information or practice areas, is essential to avoid misrepresenting services.
Legal Disclaimer and Confidentiality:Â LegalRecruiter does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the listing information and disclaims any liability for losses related to the use of the service. Both parties agree to protect proprietary information shared throughout this Agreement, an obligation that remains even after termination.
Either party has the right to terminate the Agreement with written notice (e.g., 30 days) if material breaches are not rectified within the specified time frame. Upon termination, the client will forfeit any fees already paid.
