International Agreement

This Listing Agreement ("Agreement") is made between LegalRecruiter.com ("Service Provider") and the legal service provider ("Client") identified below.

Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide a listing for the Client on LegalRecruiter.com in the Client's specified practice area. This listing will include:

• Firm Name
• Contact Information (address, phone number, email)
• Website URL
• Brief Description of Practice Areas (up to 150 words)
• Logo or Branding Image
• Keywords associated with the firm and practices offered

In addition, the listing will benefit from an enhanced Google Search capability, ensuring potential clients can easily discover the firm.

AI Engine Chatbot

• The Client's listing will feature an AI-powered chatbot that provides visitors with detailed information about the law firm, its areas of expertise, and available services.
• The chatbot will also offer recommendations based on user inquiries while maintaining the integrity and reputation of all listed firms.
• Service Provider will provide a monthly record of user interactions and discussions facilitated by the chatbot to the designated contact at the Client's firm for confidential review. This feedback will help evaluate the chatbot's performance and inform any necessary adjustments or improvements.

Marketing Support

• LegalRecruiter.com will support the listing with direct email campaigns targeting local businesses, law firms, and international enterprises, promoting the services and expertise of the Client's listed practice area.
• The campaigns aim to enhance visibility and attract potential clients seeking legal services in the specified areas.

Listing Term

• The listing shall remain active for two years from the effective date, with options for renewal as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay a listing fee of USD 1,269.00 for the listing's initial term.
• Payment must be received before the publication of the listing on LegalRecruiter.com.

Client Obligations

• The Client agrees to provide accurate information for their listing and to notify the Service Provider promptly of any changes, including but not limited to contact information, descriptions, or practice areas.
• The Client shall not misrepresent their services or qualifications in the listing.

Disclaimer of Liability

• LegalRecruiter.com does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the information provided in the listing.
• LegalRecruiter.com shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the listing service.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during this Agreement. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement upon providing [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 30 days] written notice if there is a material breach of the terms that remains uncorrected.
• Upon termination, the Client will forfeit any fees paid for the listing.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral.
