The Résumé RVC helps employers screen candidate submissions, match them with your firm’s alignment data, and initiate smart recruiter-assisted reviews.

You can ask questions, filter candidates, or set alerts using natural language or structured prompts.

Résumé Filtering Options

Use the filters below to narrow résumés by experience level, location, practice area, education, or credentials.

To use filtering and bookmarking, you must be logged in as an employer. Candidate visibility depends on their profile setting.

Smart Résumé Notification

Employers may opt in to receive alerts when new résumés match their firm’s alignment filters or job listings. You can filter alerts by:

  • Location or Jurisdiction
  • Seniority / Title Level
  • Practice Area Focus
  • DEI Goals or Language Requirements
  • School Background or Credentials

When alerts are triggered, you’ll be prompted to review, save, or request a deeper review from the LegalRecruiter team.

Résumé Alignment Tools

Each résumé is compared with your firm’s stored hiring preferences. When alignment is strong, a visual chart and recommendation may be generated.

  • High-potential résumés are flagged for recruiter handoff
  • Résumé alignment is based on structured fields — not subjective analysis
  • Employers can request a summary report of aligned candidates

Alignment logic includes uploaded listings, firm filters, and candidate-stated preferences. Full evaluations are only conducted after mutual approval.
