QA Website Tester – LegalRecruiter.com & VeroLex.store

LegalRecruiter.com and VeroLex.store are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy QA Website Tester to assist with the final prelaunch phase of our AI-powered legal recruitment platform. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape how AI interacts with legal professionals, law firms, and hiring systems.

Position Overview

As a QA Tester, you will test user-facing features, interactive chatbot flows, embedded intake tools, and upload logic across LegalRecruiter.com and VeroLex.store. You’ll work with dynamic, evolving Virtual Communicators trained to support legal employment — including law student career support, lateral recruiting, and employer hiring assessments.

Core Responsibilities

Execute test scenarios using provided task guides (step-by-step and exploratory).
Assess chatbot functionality, responsiveness, personalization, and logic accuracy.
Test file upload systems, dashboard display behavior, and shortcode rendering.
Log results with pass/fail outcomes, bug reports, and concise written observations.
Submit all findings through the QA Feedback Form.

Ideal Candidate

Enjoys structured logic and learning how systems adapt to input.
Has an eye for inconsistencies in web, mobile, or chatbot experiences.
Comfortable using forms, uploading test data, and evaluating alignment charts.
Understands the basics of AI-driven tools (training, memory, user interaction).
May have legal tech, recruiting, QA, or AI chatbot experience (preferred, not required).

Time & Compensation

Testing cycles are flexible and may range from 2–4 hours per round. Compensation will reflect quality of feedback and thoroughness of task execution. This role may evolve into ongoing advisory or support work for testers who demonstrate exceptional insight.
