The VCV on this page is trained to identify whether you're an associate or partner and adjust the interview flow accordingly:

  • Associates: Questions are tailored to your experience level, skills, and readiness to move up or laterally.
  • Partners: Interview paths account for business generation, client management, team leadership, and portability factors.
  • The VCV adapts in real-time based on your answers. You can reset or shift the conversation by typing "switch to partner mode" or "associate flow".
  • Additional features include interview simulation, resume alignment prompts, and smart feedback loops.

Upload Materials for Alignment & Feedback

To receive tailored interview prompts or access an alignment chart, please upload any of the following:
