  • LR I and Law School members: Can view limited examples but cannot generate live or custom reports.
  • LR II (Employer) members: Can request full alignment reports for each open job, submit updates via file upload or TalentScout, and use reports to prompt candidate contact.
  • LR III (Lateral) members: Can trigger alignment charts from their resume, request assessments for jobs, or initiate β€œVCV Match” comparisons with employers.
  • LR IV & V members: Receive priority matching, access to Post-Prelim Reports, and human-assisted follow-ups.

It provides a clear snapshot of compatibility between a job listing and a potential lateral or associate. Structured criteria, mutual filters, and your goals inform each alignment rating. This tool helps LegalRecruiter members make intelligent, private, and efficient hiring or job search decisions.

When an alert is triggered, your VCV is instructed to initiate search and review β€” either conducting a job search (CareerNavigator) or sourcing qualified laterals (TalentScout).
This chart helps summarize and track the match process in real time.

Membership Access

  • All other paid tiers inherit memory features and access depending on their service level.

File Upload & Chart Sync

All members may use the front-end file upload tool. However, the upload will not sync to their VCV or resume database unless memory is active on the account.
This prevents unintended memory storage for privacy reasons.
