While customization requests to remove the host from employer-specific pages are accommodated—resulting in a single or unsupported virtual communicator per page—it’s important to note that further white labeling, including the removal of LegalRecruiter branding (except for the URL), grants the employer the appearance of full page ownership.
To protect LegalRecruiter’s interests and ensure clarity in such arrangements, implementing a comprehensive white label agreement is advisable. This agreement outlines the terms under which LegalRecruiter provides its services for rebranding and resale by another company. Key elements include:
1. Scope of Services: We provide customization and branding options to employers.
2. Intellectual Property Rights: LegalRecruiter retains ownership of the underlying technology, content, and any proprietary information.
