This chart helps visualize alignment between a lateral candidate’s priorities and your law firm’s expectations.
Developed by our Verolex-enhanced Virtual Communicators (VCVs), it flags key areas of fit and identifies potential mismatches.
The scale (⚖️) represents the degree of alignment on a scale from 1 to 5, while red flags (🚩) mark areas that require deeper review.
When needed, a meeting icon (📅) will recommend scheduling a follow-up with LegalRecruiter staff.
