  • 📝 Private Notes, Sent to You Only: Notes you create and submit through our note-taking tools are sent directly to your email. They are not stored or reviewed by LegalRecruiter unless you request follow-up support.
  • 🧑‍💼 Confidential Conversations: Lateral moves, group transfers, job applications, and onboarding discussions are all protected and scheduled under strict confidentiality protocols. No data is ever shared without your direction and consent.
