We’ve built our platform with discretion, confidentiality, and respect for your goals at the core of every interaction:
- 🔒 Session-Based AI Support: The Virtual Communicator (VC) uses your input only during the session. Once your session ends, that data disappears unless you choose to save it in your personal notes.
- 📁 File Uploads Are Temporary: Files uploaded to assist your job search, profile review, or consultation are processed only during your session. They are not stored by LegalRecruiter unless explicitly requested by you.
- 📝 Private Notes, Sent to You Only: Notes you create and submit through our note-taking tools are sent directly to your email. They are not stored or reviewed by LegalRecruiter unless you request follow-up support.
- 🧑💼 Confidential Conversations: Lateral moves, group transfers, job applications, and onboarding discussions are all protected and scheduled under strict confidentiality protocols. No data is ever shared without your direction and consent.
- 💼 Employer Information Is Managed with Equal Care: We also protect confidential employer submissions, including unpublished job descriptions and internal hiring priorities.
