Consent Agreement

This Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is made between LegalRecruiter ("Company") and the Interviewee.

1. Purpose of the Interview
This interview is designed to assess your qualifications, interests, and potential alignment with legal opportunities facilitated by the Company through its AI Assistant.

2. Consent to Interview
By checking the box below, you agree to participate in an interview led by the AI Assistant and affirm your consent to this Agreement.

3. Copy/Record Option
You may use the AI’s copy tool to save your interaction for personal use. LegalRecruiter is not responsible for storing or recovering your transcript.

4. Use of Interview Content
Your input may be used to: (a) evaluate your suitability, (b) refine our AI and recruiting processes, and (c) generate anonymized data insights. Personally identifiable data will remain private per our policy.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your responses will be treated as confidential. We do not share personally identifiable information without your explicit permission unless required by law.

6. AI Disclaimer
Our AI Assistant may occasionally make errors. It is a tool — not a replacement for human judgment or decision-making. Always verify information before acting on it.

7. Right to Withdraw
You may end the interview at any time without penalty. Simply inform the AI or discontinue your session.

8. Resume Submission Requirement

To begin the simulation, the Candidate must submit a resume (or provide a link to an online profile), or enter a brief description of their legal work using the form provided above.

Submissions may be used to:
- Tailor the simulation for practice-specific relevance.
- Inform potential future engagement or outreach by the Company.

Once submitted, the simulation will begin automatically.
